Dispur Hospitals School of Nursing, a unit of Dispur Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2013 and from the very beginning we have been providing quality education in the field of nursing. The institute is located at Chachal, Radhanagar, VIP Road, Guwahati, Assam. This institute is taking leading role in producing qualified nursing personnel throughout the North Eastern region. The institute runs only GNM course which is a diploma course in nursing and duration is 3 years. The institute is recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council and Government of Assam.
One remarkable aspect of this institute is that we have our own parent hospital i.e. Dispur Hospitals situated in the heart of the city Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam. Besides the parent hospital, our students get to develop their practical knowledge and experience in other Government and Non government hospitals as per the requirement of the course.
We recognize that each student is unique and we are committed for continual improvement in our teaching method to provide high standard of nursing education for ensuring a high level of student satisfaction in terms of educational facilities. Besides that we try to give a platform to our students to develop their talent and other qualities through different co-curricular activities for their overall development.
We also facilitate recruitment opportunities for our students both in our parent hospital as well as many other hospitals.
